Do you offer warranty for your services?
Yes! We stand by our work. All our servicing comes with a service warranty. the warranty period depends on the type of service provided. Please check with our team for details.
How often should I service my air conditioner?
For homes, we recommend servicing every 3–4 months. For heavy-use commercial units, monthly servicing may be needed to maintain top performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
How do I know if my aircon needs a gas top-up?
If your aircon is blowing warm air, cooling very slowly, or you hear hissing sounds, it might have low gas levels. Our technicians will check gas pressure and recommend a top-up if needed.
What is the difference between regular servicing and chemical overhaul?
Regular servicing includes basic cleaning and maintenance.
A chemical overhaul is a deep cleaning that fully dismantles the unit to remove tough dirt, mould, and blockages that basic servicing can’t reach.
